We have a full pricing manual with details of what we will do on our iPads. So we can discuss with you the work needed to fix the problem.

We show you the full quote on the iPad which you sign off on before any work is commenced. This can then be emailed to you for your records.

After the job is completed, we email your invoice  so you can easily file it. Then you will have it to hand when you want to know what work has been carried out in your home.

The full details on the invoice let you know what items you purchased, what the warranty period is, and what we serviced while we were at your home.

We have an EFTPOS machine so we can take payment straight away.

No need to have paperwork lying around to deal with later.
