A lot of the times, when we unblock sewer pipes and tell the customer there’s root block in there, they would automatically point at the tree or bush that might have caused it and want to rip them out.

But what if the roots are coming from the neighbour’s tree like in this case?

What do you do if there’s a root block your pipe and cracking it?

You just need to fix the crack in the pipe, and you won’t have any more issues. Especially if the root comes from the neighbour’s tree. You can’t just rip it out or ask them to do so.

Like in this case, the root came from the neighbour’s tree, growing into the pipe and cracking it quite badly.
