They are very responsive, they are good at using modern communication tools and good problem solvers. Whenever I have used them they have been key to helping me choose the correct equipment for installation. Yes, I’d be happy to recommend them for any plumbing work. For me, responsiveness is the main issue when it comes to customer service. So many domestic tradesmen fail to respond to phone calls and emails.
