Does your bathroom need a mini facelift?

Do you live in a house that is 10-15 years old in a suburb like Forrestfield, Maida Vale, or High Wycombe? Because a lot of these houses were build to a price. The builder may have installed plastic basins that looks like porcelain when first installed. But after a few years of cleaning and wear and tear, the plastic basin breaks down.

Most of the time, you will also find that the tap set has been leaking underneath.

And the bridging piece may have been bent if an inexperienced person has tried to change the washer. You could install a new three-tap hole set in your plastic basin. Or install new mixer taps and cover the spare hole with chrome caps. Or if you would like to change your flaky plastic basin to a ceramic one, it is as easy as what you see in the video.

Make sure you also check the flexible hose under your sink every now and again.

So if you live in or near the Shire of Kalamunda and would like to give your bathroom a mini facelift with a new porcelain basin, give us a call. We’ll be happy to help.
